针送布机构的高效送布率，确保准确的缝距（针距长度），并能防止上布发生缝制错位。
改进了下送布轨迹，使之与针送布运动相匹配，即使用于缝制光滑和难传送的面料或处理有难度的工序时，也不会产生缝迹打褶，从而实现美观缝制效果。

针送布机构为“干式”，即无需供油。机器结构可靠性强，可避免漏油现象。
面部仅需微量机油，可防止机油泄漏。

通过简单的调整和零件更换，可以将针送布轻松切换为下送布。对于希望根据用途和工序将机器用作普通下送布机型的用户，这是非常有用的功能。

无需使用油底壳
无油底壳结构提供了清洁的工作环境-
无需配置油底壳，旋梭和针杆仅需微量机油，有助于营造清洁的工作环境。

节省了拆卸膝动提升装置和机罩的时间，免除了由此产生的麻烦。清洁和维护时可以倾斜机头，而无需拆卸膝动提升装置和机罩。

即使在电源打开的情况下倾斜机头，安全开关也会关闭机器。机头倾斜时，即使踩下脚踏板，机器也不会运转。

具备易于操作的多种功能，可操作性强
配备节能模式的新型电子控制箱(SC-920A)
新开发的新型电子控制箱SC-920A具有节能模式。是首款为缝纫机提供节能模式的电子控制箱。马达停机时，待机耗电量降低了约20%。
可根据工序选择操作面板（CP-18A、CP-180A）
两种不同的操作面板CP-18A和CP-180A适用于DLN-9010A。两个操作面板均具有生产支持功能。
